Located in the heart of the greedy and gastronomical Alsace,
Alsace Biscuit has a factory of 1 200m2 dedicated to the development and the manufacturing of biscuits.
Between tradition and high technology, we have been perpetuating for several generations the know-how biscuits, mueslis and rusks making that delight the finest gourmets in France and abroad.

Our three automated production lines are overseen by skilled professionals and produce over 150 tons of dry or chocolate biscuits each year, all while adhering to the strictest quality standards.

Our pastry chefs select ingredients with great care and are constantly developing new and delicious biscuit recipes to meet the ever-changing expectations of consumers, both present and future.
